This is a random draw, so it works a bit better than using a database like what wows-numbers might have as there is undoubtedly a correlation between who uses that site (you have to put your username in to be part of their database) and skill. If it does, it evaluates if the user has over 1,000 games and pulls games, wins, losses, and draws and adds it to a list. If it doesn't return any, the number is added to an ignore list and we move in. I setup a Python script to randomly draw a number from that range and look for user data. NA playerbase has userIDs that range from 1000000000 to 1099999999.
